Located 30 min away from Edinburgh city centre and 20min from St Andrews, this newly decorated studio apartment offers everything you need for a relaxed gateway.
Set on the Kirkcaldy High Street, a stone throw away from Adam Smith's former residence and a 80m walk to the seaside.
Fully equipped, it gives a boutique hotel room feeling with all necessary home comforts!
Cosy, modern and very well equipped, this studio is perfect for a comfortable stay in one of Scotland's "most ancient burghs".
The space
This bright, modern self contained studio apartment is accessed via main door and is located on a first floor.
It offers sleeping area with a very comfortable double bed and a bedside cabinet with a night lamp.
In the living area there is a comfy sofa facing the TV and a couple of tables where you can rest with a lovely cup of tea.
The kitchen area is fully fitted with modern appliances and equipped with everything you will need to make yourself at home, from high end mugs to standard cutlery set.
Off - kitchen you'll find a small storage cupboard utilised as a walk in wardrobe!
Modern bathroom contains a double walk-in shower for a luxurious experience, soft closing toilet and a large mirror with bright LED light over a large basin-ideal to make yourself ready to look fabulous!
Despite being set on the High Street, the apartment is extremely peaceful and quiet!
All bedding and towels provided!
Free WIFI and Virgin TV included too!

I care very much for my guests and always provide a clean and comfortable environment for you to enjoy your stay while visiting Edinburgh. In return, I ask that you do the same and you keep and leave the apartment as you found it, clean and tidy. I will leave you an excellent review as a thank you!
