Welcome to PerryTree Pods — your peaceful off-grid escape designed to help you unwind, disconnect, and rediscover nature in comfort.
Tucked away in a serene natural setting, these glamping pods are fully furnished, eco-friendly, and perfect for couples, families, or small groups looking for an unforgettable outdoor experience with modern comforts.
🏕️ Accommodation
3 glamping pods, 4 persons to a pod. A booking of up to 12. Each pod is beautifully crafted and thoughtfully equipped to ensure a cosy and memorable stay.
POD 1 & 2
• Double bed + 2 single mattress cubes (sleeps up to 4 guests)
• Bedding included for the double bed
• Optional bedding for mattress cubes (£10 per cube)
POD 3
• King-size bed + sofa bed (sleeps up to 4 guests)
• Bedding included for the king-size bed
• Optional bedding for the sofa bed (£20)
All pods measure 4m x 3m and are spaced approximately 5 metres apart, offering privacy while keeping you close to the heart of the site.
Two additional pods are available exclusively for your booking at a rate of £100 per pod, per night, and can be added once your reservation is confirmed. This upgrades your booking from 3 pods to 5 pods and increases your group capacity from 12 guests to 16–20 guests, providing added space, flexibility, and comfort for larger groups.

Cross the charming little bridge over our fresh-water brook to discover the communal area, featuring:
• Games Log Cabin with pool table, dartboard, and seating
• Relaxing Hot Tub — included in your booking!
• Outdoor kitchen with 3-burner gas stove, sink, pots, pans, cups, cutlery, and utensils
• BBQ area (charcoal and utensils provided)
• Treehouse with covered seating
• Covered bar area and firepit with hexagonal seating
The entire site is softly illuminated with automatic solar LED lighting, enhancing safety and atmosphere as night falls.
🚗 Parking & Access
To preserve the tranquillity of the site, the car park is located approximately 190 metres away from the pods.
Wheelbarrows are provided to help transport your belongings.
The car park and pathways are woodchipped — please bring walking boots and a torch, especially in wetter seasons.

💚 Site Values & Guest Guidelines
To ensure every guest enjoys the calm and beauty of PerryTree, we kindly ask all visitors to follow our site policies and the Countryside Code, respecting the land, wildlife, and fellow guests.
Quiet Hours: 10pm – 8am (strictly observed)
Music & TV: Please keep volumes low so they cannot be heard outside your accommodation.
Parties: PerryTree Pods is not suitable for LOUD teenage, stag, hen, or group events. Guests who disturb others may be asked to leave without refund.
Livestock: Surrounding fields are active farmland, and animals may be nearby — please respect the space.
Guest Limits: Each pod accommodates the stated maximum number only. No tents, campervans, or additional vehicles permitted.
Dogs: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs per pod (maximum 6 per group booking).
Check-In/Out: Check-in from 3pm | Check-out by 11am. Early or late arrivals/departures cannot be accommodated.
Off-Grid Living: Our site runs entirely on solar-powered 12V systems — a true eco experience without mains electricity.
Bookings: PerryTree Pods welcomes respectful guests with positive booking history. We reserve the right to decline any booking not aligned with our values.
