We strive to create a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our guests and neighbours. For this reason, we kindly ask that the property is used for quiet, family-oriented stays and does not host stag, hen, or large youth gatherings, and that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming atmosphere for everyone!
Ground Floor:
Living/dining room: With Freeview Smart TV.
Kitchen: With breakfast bar, gas cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
Cupboard: With washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bedroom 1: With double bed.
Bedroom 2: With zip and link super kingsize bed (can be twin beds on request) and a single bed.
Bathroom 1: With shower over bath, toilet and heated towel rail.
First Floor:
Bedroom 3: With super kingsize bed.
Bedroom 4: With kingsize bed and a single cabin bed.
Bathroom 2: With shower over bath and toilet.
Sleeps 10 comfortably, and we can also accommodate an additional 2 infants in travel cots (we can supply 1)
Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.
Travel cot and highchair available on request.
Large wrap-around garden with patio, garden furniture and bar area with Freeview Smart TV and fridge.

Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING inside the property please. Ashtrays are provided outside, but no smoking in or around the pool.
Please note: There is a step and an unfenced pond in the garden, children must be supervised at all times.

Pheasants Haunt is a spacious four-bedroom holiday home located just a few minutes’ walk from Broadsands Beach in Torbay, South Devon. This unique property is perfect for train enthusiasts as it is based alongside the Paignton to Dartmouth Steam Railway and offers a fantastic vantage point, especially during the Christmas Train of Lights event.
There are plenty of stand-out features which include an outdoor swimming pool, bar area, three bathrooms, a large wrap-around garden and an open plan living and dining area. Perfectly suited for a family or a group of friends looking for a relaxing break away in the outskirts of Paignton.
Head inside the property to discover the living and dining area which offers a homely and comfortable place to relax and unwind with a sofa, Smart TV with Freeview and a table and chairs. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, double fridge/ freezer and a breakfast bar with stools. Guests are also welcome to use the washing machine and tumble dryer located in the hallway cupboard. Two of the cosy bedrooms and a bathroom are located on the ground floor; the first with a double bed and the second with a zip and link super king-size bed (which can be setup with twin beds if requested) and an additional single bed. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are located upstairs; one with a super king-size bed and the other room has a king-size bed and an additional single bed. The wrap-around garden offers plenty of space to relax and it is a real suntrap in the summer. Notable features include an outdoor swimming pool, heated May to September, (outside of these times by request as a payable extra), an outdoor shower/toilet/changing room, private bar area, a fridge, patio area, garden furniture, pond and a lawn.
Located just a three- minute drive away from Broadsands Beach, this holiday home offers a fantastic base for those looking to explore South Devon and Torbay with plenty of walks nearby. Paignton has it all with a pier, shops, cinema, pubs, theatre and restaurants and Torbay gives you endless options for days out in this sunny corner of Devon. The local towns of Torquay with its marina and the famous fishing town of Brixham, which make up the beautiful English Riviera are also a short drive away.
