A well equipped 3 bedroom bungalow enjoying a quiet location in the lovely North Devon town of Braunton - with great access to the beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Woolacombe and Putsborough. We have plenty of parking, an enclosed garden, open plan lounge diner, conservatory plus kitchen, bathroom and even a table tennis table in the garage. Double glazed and centrally heated plus an outside shower for when you come back from the beach. Dogs welcome.
The space
The property has 3 bedrooms - master has a double bed and the other 2 bedrooms have bunk beds. There is a lounge/diner, conservatory, well equipped kitchen, shower room and enclosed lawned garden to the front and rear patio accessed from the conservatory The rear patio has an outside shower. The garage has a supply of body boards and wetsuits plus a table tennis table. Parking for 3 cars on the driveway. We have a travel cot ( please bring bedding for it ) and high chair.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole bungalow and garden, and use of the garage.
Other things to note
No stag or hen parties allowed.
Up to 2 dogs allowed, but we ask they are not allowed in the bedrooms or on the furniture.
There is a travel cot - you will need to bring bedding for it though.

Situated close to the centre of the village we are within easy reach of Braunton’s shops, restaurants and pubs. Braunton is the gateway to North Devon’s surfing area, and the well renowned beaches of Croyde, Saunton and Woolacombe offer some of the best sandy beaches and surf in the country. The stunning South West Coast Path is nearby which offers some excellent walking with lovely views over the sea.
