A beautiful 4-bed 3-storey townhouse in the heart of Cromer, the gem of the North Norfolk coast. Perfect for family holidays or escaping with friends. Close to Blakeney, Holt and Norwich. A stone's throw from the the beach and nestled amongst the best pubs, bars, butchers, bakers and coffee shops in town.
Sleeps: A maximum of 6 adults + two children up to 12 years old (two beds are junior bunks which are shorter than standard and have a weight limit)

The space
On the ground floor, there's a newly-fitted kitchen with all the mod cons, a spacious hallway with a cloakroom, plus a living / dining room with soft squishy sofas and a dining table that extends to seat eight. French doors lead into a small back yard, where you can enjoy a BBQ and a few beers...

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and a shower room. One bunk-bed room with 'shorty' bunks suitable for children aged c.10 and under (180cm long), one twin room and one king-size room.

N.B. The king bed can be made into twins on request.

On the third floor, there's a very spacious master bedroom with a super-king bed, a seating area, plenty of room for a travel cot, a large wall-mounted TV… and a large en-suite bathroom with a shower over a bath.

All of the space (apart from one locked cupboard in the eaves).

Other things to note
Please note that the bunk-bed room has 'shorty' bunks which are 180cm long (VS a standard single bunk which is 190cm long). So ideal for smaller children aged c.10 and under.
