A little hidden gem in rural Lincolnshire. Relax in this quite location with your furry friends. This unique long skinny building is a perfect base to explore the Lincolnshire coast and bomber county.
Accommodation consists of s open plan living space with fully equipped kitchen and living area. Upstairs is a double room with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom and a second single bedroom.

The space
This property was built in the 1870's and is a detached self contained annexe to a larger house. It has had many uses in it past including a chemists workshop.

It is compact and cosy cottage, with an open plan living area and kitchen.
Step into the property from the garden through patio doors to find a comfy 4 seater sofa, coffee table, tv, coat rack, and books and games.
Continue through to kitchen / dining area, with galley style kitchen, with fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob. A small dining table and chairs for dining.
Up the steep stairs to your left is a single bedroom, with a single bed, and hanging space and chest of drawers. Straight ahead is main bedroom, with Kingsize metal framed bed, hanging space and dressing table.
Through to the ensuite bathroom, with toilet, bath, shower over bath and sink.

Outside is a small private garden, set mainly to grass with a shrub bed and garden furniture.

We actively welcome your dog or dogs and believe they are part of your family and should be treat as such. We have no upper limit on dog numbers but the floor area in the property is limited. We will consider other pets but please ask first.

We are perfectly located for visiting the Lincolnshire coast just 10 miles from Skegness, with everything you expect from a seaside town, or venture further up the coasts to some less busy beaches for long walk with your dog.
We are in the heart of bomber county with the Lincolnshire aviation museum at East Kirkby 20 minutes away where you can visit the wonderful Lancaster Bomber 'Just Jane'.
The Lincolnshire Wolds are just up the road and the historic City of Lincoln a little further afield.

Other things to note
Please note that the bathroom is only accessible through the bedroom. therefore the property is only really suitable for couples or family members.

The staircase is a little steeper than normal.
