The space
The Hay barn is available in options of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms . This option is for the entire ground floor living space and walled garden with the ground floor double bedroom with an adjacent wet room, and the upstairs King size bedroom with en-suite shower room overlooking the hay meadows.
Other upstairs room will not be accessible during your stay when booking this option.

Guest access
Self check-in and check-out are available to guest using the lock box located at the property front door.
While the ground floor offers all flat access, the second bedroom is located up a flight of dog-leg stairs. Externally the landscaping and access includes loose gravel.

Other things to note
The Laundry area contains a washing machine and tumble dryer, Ironing board, steam iron and a small airer. Washing powders and conditioners are not supplied by the hosts

This area is shared with guests renting the Tractor Barn.

Towels and bedding are provided for guests by the host in this property. A travel cot (please bring your own bedding)and highchair are available on request. Please let us know before your arrival if these are required

Hello I'm Mike, and this is my wife Kate, enjoying one of the great beaches here in Norfolk. We have lived here for almost 14 years, restoring and renovating a rambling old Georgian farmhouse and outbuildings on the edge of the Market Town of Aylsham.
