In a market town known for its antique shops and close to beautiful walks in the Lincolnshire Wolds ANOB, this property is comfortable, modern and well equipped. Relax on the patio with your early morning cuppa or curl up on the sofa in front of a glowing electric fire on a chilly evening!
Perfect for families, couples or small groups of friends , The Old Poolhouse is detached and accessed up a gravel drive with parking for 2 cars (EV charger available - additional charge applies. Please ask)

The space
Leading off the entrance hall are 3 generously sized bedrooms, 2 with King beds and 1 with beds which can be made up as a single, or twin.. The master bedroom has a large en suite with shower, heated towel radiator, basin, toilet and shaving point. There is also a family bathroom having full size bath with electric shower over, heated towel radiator, toilet and basin.
The modern spacious kitchen, dining area and lounge are open plan providing comfortable living for up to 6 people. French doors lead to a large patio area.
There is also a small utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

Other things to note
Although there is a plentiful garden space adjoining the property, the front is not enclosed but the laurels are growing well to eventually provide a greater degree of privacy.
There is also a paved courtyard at the rear of the building which has recently been developed into a more attractive seating area and is now fully enclosed.

Along with my husband, Steve, I moved 10 years ago from a very rural location a few miles away to Horncastle to be closer to our daughter and her family and to local facilities of the town. We are both retired teachers and have enjoyed being Airbnb guests in various places. In 2021, we sought permission to convert a disused, indoor swimming pool into a holiday let. We look forward to welcoming guests to this lovely part of Lincolnshire.
