The comfortable bedroom features a cosy double bed, high-quality hypoallergenic linens to ensure a restful night's sleep, and a Smart TV with streaming access for your entertainment.

The bright, open-plan living area offers a welcoming space to unwind after a day exploring the city, designed for both comfort and ease.

Guests have full access to a well-equipped kitchen complete with a fridge freezer and oven, as well as a dining table comfortably suited for four people—perfect for meals, work, or planning your day.

The apartment includes a sleek modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC, and washbasin, finished to a clean and contemporary standard for comfort and convenience.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the property, along with Smart TV entertainment, making it ideal for both short stays and longer visits.

Ideally located just moments from Chester’s iconic Rows, historic city walls, and a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops, everything is right on your doorstep. Chester Racecourse, Chester Cathedral, the River Dee, and Chester Railway Station are all within easy walking distance, placing you in the heart of this beautiful and historic city.

Access is via a secure key safe system, with the entry code provided 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival from the moment you arrive.

Other things to note
For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee of £85 will apply for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean.

Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.

Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours.

Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly.

Please note the property is accessed via a flight of stairs and may therefore not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

There is no on-site parking available; however, the property benefits from excellent nearby options. The closest convenient choice is Linen Hall Car Park, (£8 for 24hr) just a short walk away, offering easy access to the city centre and the apartment.
