Located in the heart of mumbles. Known as The Snug, this stunning Studio apartment is bright and airy with a modern feel. It is on the ground floor with a large window on the front aspect offering views through Southend Gardens to the Stunning Swansea Bay.

The property has parking if required (125 yards from the property) parking (extra per night charge).

The apartment has a double bed, smart TV & Superfast Broadband, as well as its own fully equipped Kitchen and Bathroom with walk in shower.

The studio opens into a hallway which leads into
A good size Living area, two seater sofa, Smart TV, Bed (small double) and wardrobe;

The large Bathroom which has a shower (small step into it) a sink and WC, and wash basket

The kitchen has a variety of cupboard space, sink, oven, hob and extractor as well as an under counter fridge and a breakfast bar, coffee machine, microwave and Kettle.

This is the smallest in our complex of 5 apartments. We also have a one bedroom, 2 x 2 bedroom and a 3 bedroom available if you are looking for some more space.

Guest access
You will have exclusive access to your entire apartment.

You will also have access to the stairwells and the communal disabled access lift - although you wont need to access those areas because your apartment is on the ground floor. The whole building is owned by us and comprises 5 apartments in total.

There are two steps into the property.

Parking is available for an extra cost. Parking spaces are limited so it is a first booked first served basis (once your parking is confirmed it is guaranteed).

NOTE: parking is up a hill 125 yards from the property.
