Great check-in experience

Recent guests loved the smooth start to this stay.
Unplug and unwind at our shared Wireless-Free Farmhouse off-grid retreat. Your guest suite is fully self-contained and now completely independent from the rest of the farmhouse. Enjoy cosy nights by the fire, outdoor dining, and stunning countryside views—all in a truly tech-free space. We are the only Wireless Free Farm in the UK and also welcome ES/EHS people to stay.

The space
A peaceful escape from the digital world, 'offgridish', surrounded by nature and animal therapy.

During your stay with us, we insist that guests leave all wireless technology in the guest car park at all times. It can be used in this designated space at any time. This helps create a calm space for everyone – especially for those who are Electro Sensitive (Owner).

Your guest suite is an integral part of our farmhouse. It has its own entrance.
Inside, you’ll find:
• Two bedrooms (1 x en-suite and 1 x private bathroom)
• Comfortable, high-quality foam mattresses (Bedroom 2 has extra-long beds for guests over 6ft)
• The Snug – a living area with original hearth and inglenook fireplace
• **NEW** The Sun Room - a separate dining room with stunning views overlooking rolling hills
• A wide, open hallway with open staircase with optional dining
• A boot room for all the extra bits and pieces which need a home during your stay
• Guest Kitchen and Utility
PLEASE NOTE: We occasionally reserve access to the guest kitchen which doubles up as the private farmhouse utility.

Every window offers peaceful views over surrounding fields and hills – perfect for slowing down and reconnecting with nature.

Outside:
Guests have access to shared spaces:
• Large farm house patio area with seating
• Undercover BBQ area with seating
• Our beautiful 2 acres+ conservation dingle with a brook, where you can enjoy picnics, wildflowers, and dragonflies surrounded only by nature
• Use of owners swimming pool – not heated, operational during summer season

🛑 To keep things safe and stress-free for both guests and animals, access around the rest of the 17.5-acre farm is via paid guided farm experiences only. This ensures a calm environment for all.

Other Things to Note
📵 Wireless-Free Policy: No wireless tech in or around the house & farm. It helps create a healthy, low-EMF space for guests who are looking for a full digital detox experience – and those with Electro Sensitivity (Owner).
You can use your devices in the guest car park at any time.

🐕 Dogs Welcome: You’re welcome to bring your dogs (up to two). For more than two, please message us. OUTSIDE: Dogs MUST BE KEPT ON A LEAD AT ALL TIMES. This is to protect our many vulnerable animals i.e. ducks, sheep, lambs, horses and cats from possible harm. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please see full house rules under Other Details below.

🚴‍♀️ Outdoor Adventures: We’re right next to Dyfnant Forest, a massive 6000-acre forest that’s great for family walks, mountain biking, and horse riding /driving. We provide covered bike storage and e-bike charging too.

Other things to note
🐕 Dogs:
🐾 Dog Policy (Please Read Carefully):

We love dogs and allow up to two per stay. If you’d like to bring more, just message us first. Please keep them on a lead near livestock and clean up after them. Dogs aren’t allowed in the swimming pool.

We love dogs and welcome them here! But as this is a working farm with sheep, horses, and ducks, we do ask the following:

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on the property for the safety of our livestock and your dog.

Dyfnant Forest (just 5 minutes away) offers over 6000 acres where dogs can run safely off-lead.

Please clean up after your dog – we provide a bin for waste and a vacuum cleaner to manage any hair indoors.

Dogs must be well-behaved and calm around other guests and animals.

Dogs are allowed in the bedrooms, but not on beds. Please bring a blanket if you'd like them on the sofa.

Dog beds and towels are not provided – please bring your own. We can lend dog towels on request.

During spring, please take extra care as our sheep may be heavily pregnant or with young lambs.

Thanks for helping us keep this a safe and happy place for everyone – two-legged and four-legged alike!

📵 Wireless-Free Environment:
We are a strictly wireless-tech-free farm. This means no use of Wi-Fi, mobile phones, smartwatches, or any wireless devices within the house or garden. Wired tech is fine. The only area where wireless devices are allowed is the guest car park. This helps us provide a safe, low-EMF space—especially appreciated by Electro Sensitive guests.

🏊‍♀️ Swimming Pool Access:
The pool is available seasonally. Children must be supervised at all times. The pool is not gated. Please take care around this area, especially with younger guests.

👶 Children:
We happily welcome babies and children aged 6+. Unfortunately, due to safety concerns (pool and stone garden walls), we can’t host toddlers or very young children at this time.

🏡 Shared Spaces:
Part of the Guest Kitchen is shared with the farmhouse Utility. This means there are areas of shelving and some cupboard space which is not for guest use. These areas are designated with 'Private' Signs. Some times the owners will need access to the guest kitchen for this reason.

🐑 Limited Farm Access:
For the safety of our animals and guests, access to the wider 17.5-acre farm is restricted. You are warmly welcome to enjoy the conservation field with the brook, which is a safe and peaceful space for nature walks and picnics.
