The Firm cancellation policy will be upheld. This means your booking is non-refundable and date alterations are not accepted.

While the coffee bar, teabags and sugars are not replenished, one bottle of water is provided and the local convenience store Budgens is a 13min walk away. River views are also only 15mins away by foot (near the Erith Yacht Club and Erith Pier).

The bathroom waterfall shower is currently not in operation. The normal shower is to be used and is a soothing experience.

There is no luggage storage facility so please take your belongings with you when you check-out; any items left will have to be discarded.

Property temperature of 18-21 degrees is recommended by the World Health Organisation is adhered to. If you arrive from a hot country and feel cold at this temperature please pack layers or make use of the blanket / portable heater that is provided.
