The nearest beaches are Wassenaarse slag & Scheveningen, both a short distance away and easily reached by bicycle or by car. Public transport is a 3-minute walk away. Mijn Tiny huisje Borneo is gelegen op een prachtig eiland, bereikbaar per boot, in de Vinkeveense Plassen op slechts 15 minuten van het centrum van Amsterdam als Utrecht. Na een dagje in een van deze drukke steden is het een heerlijke plek om lekker te relaxen. Je waant je er in een oase van rust midden in de natuur, terwijl je aan de horizon Amsterdam nog ziet liggen. Het huisje is voorzien van alle luxe. Per boot kun je ook het meer verder verkennen. Ook zwemmen en vissen zijn goed mogelijk.

Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Wibbine Kien, owner of - and programmer for - this amazing place, had this tiny house - the "pipowagen" - built to give people the opportunity to enjoy the unique countryside around Rotterdam. The tiny house is located in the middle of an antique orchard with apple, pear and walnut trees, which is surrounded by nature. The perfect place to unwind.

Near the center of Leiden, we have renovated a charming early 19th-century coach house for temporary rental. You’ll enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the countryside, while still being close to all the amenities of a vibrant city. Simple (non-electric) bicycles are available to rent for €2.50 per day—perfect for trips into the city. For longer distances, we offer 2 to 3 electric bikes at €25 per day per bike
