Neti Guesthouse - on Gulf of Swans

Neti Guesthouse is a two story woodlog buidling in eclectic style that is fitted for your comfortable and cosy leasure or creative work. It is situated on egde of gulf of Saunja and Silma Nature Preserve, where thousands of migrating birds come to live and feed for summer, some hundreds of swans live and nest here. By the gulf of Saunja (app 200 meters east of the guesthouse) there is Kirimäe birdwatching tower, situated near the mouth of Taebla river, where the first migrating birds will be gathering in early spring. On the first floor there is a kitchen, dining table and living area with several comfortable couches to relax on, there is fireplace witch can be used to bake or grill your food. In the kitchen there are all the neccessary tools for prepearing and serving food (ceramic stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, waterheater ect.). Kitchenware and dishes are available. There are sugar and salt and many spices and condiments - as owner is a hobby gourmet cook and likes to try various recepies from worlds kitchens. Water for house comes from the own well and is pure and high quality. Toilet is water based. Sleeping quarters are on the second floor with a balcony and a nice view on a sunset. There are two separate bedrooms and open sleeping area upstairs : one bedroom has two double beds and door to upper balcony, where you can relax and watch sunset or have quiet time with a good book. Other - Pirate Bedroom room has a king size bed and comfy rotang couch, where the child up to 10 years can sleep for a night. Bedroom has a door to upper balcony as well. Open sleeping area has one double bed and 4 single matresses, and possibility to add some more portable sleeping places - there is not too much privacy there though :-) just sleeping. About 12 people can sleep upstairs if sleeping in pairs on bigger beds :-) Some people prefer stay and sleep downstrairs on big soft couch. There are pillows and blankets and linens provided. Bathroom downstairs has a shower cabin, toilet, and a sink to wash hands, hot and cold water. Separate from the main building there is a Sauna - with shower cabin and little balcony to sit outside and cool down - when you enjoy the fun of Sauna. Sauna is for extra fee, not included in house price (all people do not have to understand estonian weird habit of sitting in hot room) :-) but you can try, it is nice indeed. At summertime house has thousands of different flowers around it- on balconies and flowerbeds. There is grilling place outside the house in front of lower balcony and a place to make big bonfire for summer festivities. Outside is also smoke oven to cook smoked fish or meat if you wish. There is some possibility to hear (not see so much but you might) mice in the house in wintertime, when outside gets too cold for them, they know their way into the house. And in summertime there will be many species of hot peppers you could try and taste, as owner is chilihead and grows them in greenhouse and is willing to share them with you :-) Enjoy your stay!

In the courtyard of the farm, a small 12m² holiday house with a fireplace, electricity and water, with its own courtyard by the forest. Inside the cottage there are only sleeping places, a solar heated outdoor shower, toilet and bath attached to the main house. It is also possible to use a sauna located separately under the forest. P.S. Chickens, goats, sheep and other domestic animals move freely around the territory. Best suited for a couple who appreciate a little more wild and natural experiences and value authenticity more than comfort. It's not a party place, just a place to be quiet.

Our house is located in Haapsalu old town. Tiiker Apartment is on second floor of our house. Apartment has private entry. House is over 110 year old, but has all modern conveniences. There are two bedrooms, living room with fully equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and a big balcony in the apartement. Bedroom nr 1 has 120cm wide bed. Bedroom nr 2 can be twin (2x80cm) or double (160cm). Baby cot and extra bed is also avaiable if needed. Coffee and tea is included in price.

Small, 10m², without electricity, water and heating, two-bed cabin in the woods. At the moment, the summer season is over and unheated forest houses are no longer the most comfortable choice... but I will make a special offer at a symbolic price for late autumn hikers as an alternative to a tent, who get caught in bad weather and end up here - at least there is a roof over your head, a dry place to sleep and the opportunity to use the kitchen and take a shower.

Mariashouse is a family-friendly accommodation located in a quiet side street in the old town of Haapsalu, close to the Baltic Sea. The old log house is surrounded by a spacious garden with old fruit trees and a children's playground and includes three well-equipped apartments: gloria 51 m², grete 39 m² and aurelia 25 m², for two adults each. It is possible to add extra beds for children. There is a separate sauna within the propety.
