Welcome to the old shoemaker's cottage in Gråsten. Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cabin gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. From the garden you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cabin is 56 m2 and contains entrance hall, new kitchen, bathroom, family room/living room as well as two bedrooms with a total of four sleeping places. There is a heat pump and room for a baby cot in one bedroom. We will provide fresh ground coffee. Please bring towels and sheets

There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

The home is on South Funen, and can be used year-round From May to September, you can book 6 people. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Annex with two beds is for summer use only)

The style is light and maritime, and even though the cabin is small, there is room for 2 people and possibly also a small dog.

Faurskov Mølle - Private apartment

Faurskov Mølle is located in the beautiful Brende Aadal - one of the most scenic areas on Funen. The area invites you to hike in forests and meadows. Likewise, the Funen fishing waters are within a short driving distance and Barløse Golf for a round, can be reached possibly by bike. Faurskov Mill is an old watermill with one of Denmark's largest mill wheels, diameter (6.40 m). There was originally a grain mill, which was later changed to a wool spinning mill. The mill has not been running since the 1920s.

There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. We are close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from a lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Harbor, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very suitable for outdoor activities such as hiking, running and cycling. The Øhavsstien trail starts at Falsled Harbor.
