Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a spacious bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Beautiful garden suite with free parking
With pride and pleasure, I rent a 2-person garden suite in my outdoor accommodation separately from my house in Heemstede including use of a private bathroom (completely renewed in Dec 2022). There is free on-site parking and there is a private terrace. Heemstede Aerdenhout station is just across the road, and you can hire bicycles in Zandvoort or Haarlem. It takes 5 minutes by train to Haarlem and 23 minutes by train to Amsterdam. Relax in this peaceful, stylish outdoor room.

In front of the door, there is an opportunity to park a car or motorcycle for free on our own property. This stylish, very large, traditional Dutch house (1925) has lots of space to relax after a nice long beach day or after a stroll in the city. Perfect for a family! We are close to the beach, just 10 min by car or 20 min by bike and the historic city center is a 10/15 min walk. Free parking in front of the house. Closeby you'll find nice green natural parks and right in front there is a big playground for children.
