Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Haarlemmermeer

Who needs a museum pass when staying at this home, it had everything the best museums had plus some. The house was perfect for bringing in the new year, close to the city, a vibrant neighborhood, and an exceptionally peaceful place to take it easy. Bernice provided a wide array of information to help us make the most of our trip and her communication was impeccable. One of our best stays!

Très belle expérience ! La demeure est située près d’une rue extrêmement commerçante, aucun soucis pour faire les courses, boire un verre ou dîner au restaurant. L’accès à Haarlem peut se faire également à pied, c’est pratique. La plage est à 15 minutes en voiture. La maison est spacieuse, pleine de charme et très bien équipée. Facile d’accès, elle permet d’accéder aux principales routes permettant de visiter le pays facilement ! L’hôte est amical et très réactif ce qui rend le séjour sécurisant ! Je recommande !!

We enjoyed our stay in Pauline’s house in Overveen very much. We had our 4 teenage grandchildren with us and we fit comfortably in this family house. There is a grocery at the nearby train station in the town center and a great ice cream place and pizza place that the kids (and adults) really enjoyed. We took the bus to the beach and hiked in the National Park, as well as took the train to Amsterdam (several times), Den Haag, Leiden, Enkhuizen, and Rotterdam. All in all a very good time. Pauline was a very responsive host.

We had a wonderful family holiday here. The house and garden were comfortable, spacious and very well maintained and equipped. We had everything we could possibly need and more, and felt at home from the minute we arrived. This is just the perfect place to stay if you want a peaceful base , near the airport, especially if travelling with young children. We hired a car to get around easily, and used the Park & Ride into Amsterdam which was easy and cheap. We would highly recommend this to others, thank you so much.

Très beau logement moderne, avec beaucoup de place et très bien équipé. Quartier résidentiel calme, tout à proximité de l’arrêt de Tramway menant à la gare et au centre ville (en 20-25 minutes) Un supermarché à 2 pas. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte.

Contact with Merel was easy and open. During our stay responsive when needed but not intrusive. Easy going. Flexible in terms of check in and out. Did her best to let us feel at home. The garden and the seating area is a big plus in this house. Next to the location - near a park (great for the dog) and walking / bike distance of Haarlem centrum. A house with a nice atmosphere!

Great stay at Annimek’s place. The house is gorgeous, lots of natural light, and plenty of room to stretch out. The patio out back was a great place to enjoy morning coffee & evening drinks. Only downside is that it’s a bit far from downtown, so rides into town were a bit pricey, which made it harder to see as much. Also, not too many restaurants or cafes around. We did love the potato stand by the windmill and we were thankful that there was a grocery store near by. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful, and overall we loved our stay.

Wir haben uns direkt wie Zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist super schön, es ist sehr sauber, das Haus ist super ausgestattet und die Umgebung einfach wunderschön. Tolle Nachbarschaft, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig. Wir waren außerdem in Amsterdam, Zandvoort und Haarlem. Vielen Dank für alles!

The first thing I have to say is Sophie and Pieter are clearly lovely people. We were late because of traffic but Sophie waited for us and gave a warm and very helpful welcome. Secondly, the apartment is a real home from home. The kitchen has all the equipment you need if you want to dine at home. Throughout the apartment everything was clean and functional as well as being well designed and attractive. Thirdly, the location is excellent. The tram runs regularly on the Overtoom and gets you right into the centre in 20 easy minutes. On the other side is the Vondelpark, which is a slice of real Amsterdam that many people would miss, which is a shame as it’s fantastic. The bar run by the brewery was a real find for us. Around you are a number of excellent places to eat and drink on both sides of the park and into the centre. Finally I am going to return to Sophie and Pieter - honestly you could not get better hosts. Thank you very much - we intend to return.

Un alojamiento de 10, toda una experiencia

Alexander was very responsive before and throughout our stay in the studio apartment. Great location. He was very accommodating with his check-in and check-out. He and his wife gave a special little gift of cookies for my daughter who was celebrating a birthday trip. I highly recommend this place and Alexander as a host.

D’ailleurs, merci à Marit de nous avoir donner toutes les informations avant le séjour ce qui nous a permis de programmer nos journées à l’avance ! 🥾 Gros coup de cœur !

It's a nice small apartment for 2+2 person. The beach takes about 5-10min with the free bike, what was provided by the host/condominium. It was easy to park as Lisette told us, she registered our car not to pay any parking fee. We just stayed one night in April, so it was still calm the neighborhood, the whole town. The communication with Lisette was easy!

Julie was such a friendly host. We had a great time at her amazing place. It was very well equipped and had a wonderful view on the dunes as well on the beach. We would love to come again in the future. Thank you for everything, Julie! :)

We spent 10 long days in Zaandam while preparing and working in a fair. Margot has been absolutely great in taking care of us, and it's the space was good although smaller than expected (and quite cold even with heating..). Note: you are in Zaandam, not Amsterdam.. but it's a lovely area and very well connected with trains which gets you everywhere but will take around half an hour to get to Amsterdam Central. Quite honestly Zaandam was such a cute town! very pleasant and with everything you need. In case you don't have to go to Amsterdam, you got everything there.. If I'd have to give a feedback, I would personally need a stove in an apartment, even if small (2 stoves are enough) people have to be able to cook for themselves if needed. I missed an home cooked meal! All considered, good stay and great hosts you will be in good hands.

Anna and John , out hosts were wonderful. Place was so well designed and so beautiful. I could tell a lot of thought was put into the design. I think the place would be even better with a notebook with instructions about house, tv, appliances , and check out procedure . On the other hand, Anna and John were so responsive. Anna and John met us at the apartment , plane was delayed so arrived late around 9:30. Anna and John were flexible and gave us a warm welcome with tour of house. However in the morning, I discovered scaffolding with green mesh across windows. I paid top dollar for a canal house with view of canal. This was a disappointment and was not told about this. I would never have rented if I knew there was barely a view through the windows with scaffolding and mesh . Everything else was wonderful! Future renters should ask about the obstructed view.

We loved staying in Bart’s house. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and pretty and the transport links are excellent. We easily took trains to Amsterdam, Haarlem and The Hague. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. The children loved all the playgrounds nearby too. Thank you for having us!

We stayed at Heleen's place with our family including our 2.5 yeard old daughter and our 11-month old sun and my parents at Heleen's place for a long weekend and had an amazing time! The location is fantastique if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood close to nature (walkable) and beach. The house has a beautiful garden for kids to play in (including trampoline) and inside the house has all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved it as an escape from our normal city-life, this is an Airbnb experience you would not be able to get in any other way!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Nienke! Perfekte Lage, mit dem Fahrrad ist alles super schnell erreichbar. Ob Haarlem, Strand, Supermarkt oder super leckeres Eis bei LUCIANO! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

We hebben een hele fijne tijd gehad in het huis van Floor. Ze is heel vriendelijk, reageert meteen en geeft goeie tips voor de omgeving. Het huis is precies zoals op de foto's, keurig netjes en opgeruimd. Ook de omgeving is erg rustig en op 15min wandelen naar het centrum van Haarlem. Kortom, een echte aanrader!

We absolutely loved this place. Two of our teenagers slept in the basement and one slept in the attic, and my husband and I used the master suite. Everything was beautiful. The firepit and piano were a fabulous bonus. Definitely recommend renting bikes and riding to the sea!

The villa was amazing, the views on the lake were perfect for a small getaway. Pien was also very responsive and helpful we loved our stay at the villa. Definitely coming back again when the weather is warmer

Een heel fijn huis op een hele fijne plek. Volop mogelijkheden voor mooie uitstapjes en wandelingen in de natuur. Hele fijne en snelle communicatie met Kiek.

Der Kontakt war super und schnell. Es wurde sich um alles gekümmert und vor Ort war alles bestens beschrieben. Das Haus war sehr sehr schön und die Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Bilder und Beschreibungen waren sehr genau und man hat sich im Haus und in der Gegend sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung (Haarlem oder Zandvoort) sind schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Riesen Lob und definitiv weiter zu empfehlen!
