The house has a heat pump, wood stove, dishwasher, cable TV, Wi-Fi and a trampoline in the garden. The house is clean and tidy. Electricity and water consumption will be charged at the end of the stay. You can do the cleaning yourself and leave the house as received or purchase it for DKK 750.

Cozy townhouse

My townhouse with the blue doors is completely unique and is located in beautiful surroundings in a quiet neighborhood. I live in the house myself with my two children and therefore the house is very child-friendly. There are plenty of games, toys for both outside and inside. The garden is not large, but nice with the possibility of, among other things, barbecue and relaxation in the hammock. There is rarely noise from my neighbors, even though we live close. Cozy house on a large plot in rural surroundings, the house was renovated in 2019, appears bright and welcoming. The house contains a large living room, nice kitchen, bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, back room and entrance. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with double bed and on the landing there is a sofa bed for 2, as well as a workplace. The house is located on a large natural plot with the possibility of outdoor activities, a nice enclosed terrace, and good parking on a large gravel paved courtyard.

Our house in Arrild is a true gem located in a small "pocket" of trees and therefore very secluded in its location. With its 4 double beds, the house can easily accommodate 8 people while you can retreat and get privacy. With the rental of the house, you get access to the nearby water park for up to 8 people, just show the bathing card and you will be let into the water park.

Huset ligger i gå afstand til Jels Sø, hvor der er mulighed for at bade, fiske, sejle m.m. 1,2 km derfra ligger Royal Oak Golf Club og alle byens indkøbsmuligheder og spisesteder er også inden for gåafstand. Gæster har adgang til hele boligen privat overdækket terrasse, parkering og en lukket indhegnet have. Huset har en perfekt central beliggenhed til udflugter i det sydlige Danmark. Hunde er også velkomne.

Super nice house at Kelstrup Strand - 400 meters to the water. Beautifully elevated with views of fields and nature. Good swimming opportunities by the beach as well as beautiful walking and cycling routes in the area. Quiet neighborhood with only 10 minutes to the city of Haderslev with shopping and commerce. The house was built in 2016 - brand new with a lovely decor as seen in the pictures.

Indoor pool, spa, and billard!

Stort hus (330 kvm.) med indendørs pool, spa, motionsredskaber, billard, dart, flygel (kun for de gæster, der rent faktisk kan spille klaver!), brætspil, 4 soveværelser (otte voksne og fire børn), fantastisk udsigt og kun 15 minutters gang fra centrum og lystbådehavn. 15 minutters kørsel til virkelig god strand. Forrygende udsigt ned over byen og dens mange træer!

Fogedgaarden

Stay in a charming old farm from the 1700s. In its heyday, the farm belonged to the King's riding bailiff and was one of the largest farms in the area, which the living room and breeding buildings still bear the mark of. The house is old and the decor is chosen with respect for history and with a significant part of the family's furniture.
