Loft holiday rentals in Haeundae-gu

It was a perfect place to stay. The beach view was so cool, and the private space was an attractive accommodation. I definitely want to use this place when I travel to Busan. ^^

We LOVED our stay at Frank’s Place! We’re a family of four (two kids who are 7 and 3) and had plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. It was immaculately clean and it feels like he’s thought about almost everything to help his guests, even right down to a mini hair straightener. He was super clear and up front upon booking on directions of how to find the location, and it made it so simple for us. He followed up after check in to make sure we made it there okay and to see how we were doing or if we needed anything. This was our first time using Airbnb, but after the amazing experience we had we’ll definitely be using it again. Frank’s Place was so much better than the option of a hotel for so many reasons and was walkable to almost everything we wanted to see and do, even with a toddler in tow. 10/10. Excellent service, excellent everything :)

My friend and I stayed at Franks listing for 2 nights in Busan. It was in a great location, easy to locate and walkable to Haeundae beach, as well as cafes, restaurants, CU and Olive Young. We loved the loft style apartment and the underfloor heating & AC particularly as Busan was still quite cold when we visited. Would recommend to anyone travelling as a couple or 2 friends, to visit. Frank's place was in a great location and very close to the subway ~ the accommodation was clean and comfortable to stay :)

It was near Jungdong Station, so it was good to go to other places. Haeundae was also a short walk away, and the interior of the accommodation was neat. It was a loft, so the ceiling was high, so it wasn't stuffy.

This apartment is really cute and within easy walking distance of many areas we wanted to visit. The check-in was extremely easy with detailed instructions. The apartment itself is lovely, but with a family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) with big backpacks, it was a tight fit. The loft area has a low ceiling, which means you need to duck to get to the beds - this was no issue for us, but may be good for others to know. The bedding was warm, clean and high quality. For 3 nights, it was perfect for us and we would happily stay here again.

It's a front window, so there's a little noise when the rain blows. Other than that, it's very good.

The place was really clean and pleasant. It was exactly like what I saw in the photos. It was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and the location was great. The host was really kind and responsive, so it was very helpful. I ended up staying a little longer than planned, and I appreciated your flexibility. It was a wonderful place to stay that I want to visit again next time. Thank you! 🙏🏻
