The city centre is about 15 minutes away. ❤️🐈NB: Our cat, Mia, lives on the property, but she may be in the utility room, where she has food available and her own door.

The boathouse is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. The boathouse has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is located southwest-facing which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything served and sold is made here.

There is no direct sea view from the apartment, but 50 metres from the door, the path runs along Hafrsfjord right behind the house, which also has its own jetty and swimming area. Good bus connection to Stavanger city center. 5 min bus ride to Madla amfi shopping center, and 20 min to the city center. Free parking.
