You are staying in a central location, close to restaurants, cafés, Slottsskogen and the town's old quarter with its charming streets and houses. The building has a lift, the apartment is modern, and the area is car-free, quiet, green and peaceful. The lift goes down to the locked garage under the building, where a garage space can be rented. The living room is in an open-plan arrangement with the kitchen, where there is a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full cooking equipment. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. Unique apartment, very centrally located!

Here you live centrally, it takes about 5-7 minutes to walk to Avenyn. Two bus lines right outside, bus 60 & 61. Even though there are a lot of cozy restaurants on the street, it's incredibly quiet here. Very spacious and exclusive apartment on floor 2, elevator available. The kitchen is well equipped and you can borrow spices etc. Missing a TV. The apartment is intended for max. 4 people. Small balcony is available. You can rent sheets and towels for SEK 150 per person or bring your own. You can only book 3-7 nights.

The apartment features a separate small bedroom, a practical kitchen, and a pleasant living area with a sofa bed (140 cm) as well as a dining table and chairs for four people. All windows can be opened to create a lovely indoor/outdoor feeling. At the top of the house there is a shared patio overlooking the rooftops.

By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away.
