Cottage with lake property and its own beach and dock. 3 bedrooms, 1 room with a double bed, 2 rooms each with each a bunk bed, and a sofa bed for 2 people in the TV room. Shower and toilet with own well and water heater. NOTE, washing machine is missing. Guests needs to bring own bed linen and towels. Access to a hot bath (39 degrees Celsius) all year round with circulation for purification. Use of a rowboat is included, bring your own life jackets. The cabin is smoking-free and pet-free! ATTENTION, not for partying groups!

The house is about 100 m2 in two levels and is located a stone's throw from a larger farm building in the middle of the countryside in the Småland forests. You can get to Kalmar and Öland in 30-60 minutes and to Nybro to shop in ten. There are duvets, a wood-burning stove, a sauna in the woods and the cat Doris will be happy to stay with you if you want company.

Charming older red-painted cottage only 300 meters to the sea and swimming jetty. Located only 20 km from Kalmar and about 15-minute drive to Ölandsbron. Large leafy plot. Close to hiking trails and beautiful nature. Only 1.5 km walking distance to a larger campground, Vita Sand, with nice swimming, street kitchen and large playground. Bed linens and towels are not included. Pillows and duvets are provided. Smoking and pets are not allowed. The tenant is responsible for final cleaning before check-out.
