Stugan ligger på privat tomt (5 000 kvm) i den vackra byn Sunnanäng, Leksand. Byn ligger längst med Siljan, 10 minuter till centrala Leksand och lika nära till Tällberg. Det finns fina promenadstigar längst med sjön Siljan i närheten, både sommar och vinter.

Fridfullt enkelt boende i egen stuga om ett rum och kök på liten hästgård i den vackra byn Hagen intill Västerdalälven. Torpkänsla med vatten i brunn på gården och utedass. Det finns EJ indraget vatten i stugan men en enkel utedusch/tvättrum på gården. Fin badplats i närliggande sjö eller i älven. Har ni hästar med finns rymliga boxar/ hage att hyra. A typical charming Swedish red cottage in lovely surroundings next to a lake (2 min walk) with your own bathing place with platform, access to boat and one canoe for up to 3/4 persons and free fishing (You can borrow simpel fishing equipment). Fully equipped main house with 3 bedrooms. Additionally 1 small house available with 4 beds. It is very quiet and peaceful here and you will see the sheep and horses graze near the house.
