Cycling distance to Tylösand (4 km), the marina in Grötvik (2 km), the outdoor pool (1.5 km) at Brottet and Halmstad city center (4 km) and walking distance (8 min) to the nearest beach. Bus connections are 100 meters from the house The villa has 2 bathrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.80, 1.60 and in the living room upstairs we have a 120 bed and we can put in an extra bed. A lovely, secluded backside with sun for most of the day.

Great place for exploring Bjäre peninsula, and its nature w/ many golf courses, bicycle trails, running and riding. Another option is Hallands väderö where seals are seen around the year. Torekov & Båstad are near and offers great options for dining. Guests can also use tennis course, sauna and heated pool booked w/ an app ( temp access) 3 bedrooms, sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, sleeps 6-8 persons. It's fully equipped including internet tv and wifi. House also has is a patio w/ a gas grill.

Please note that cleaning is not included and that you as a guest are responsible for leaving the house in the same condition as when you moved in. Sheets and towels are usually not included but can be arranged by agreement.
