Unser familienfreundliches Ferienhaus, auf unserem kleinen Bauernhof, liegt in sehr sonniger und ruhiger Lage in Ortsnähe, im Wandergebiet Krispl/Gaißau (Tennengau).Die Keltenstadt Hallein erreichen Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 20 min., die Mozartstadt Salzburg in ca. 30 min. und das nächste Skigebiet in 40 min. Diverse Sommer- und Winterwanderwege/Badeseen laden ein, die schöne Umgebung in vollen Zügen zu genießen. Auch 2026 erhalten meine Gäste die Tennengau Card und Mobilitäts Ticket per EMail.

The cross-country ski trail starts right behind the garden and the ski lift is a 10-minute walk. From there you can enjoy the Dachstein-West-Gosau ski resort. You can get absolute peace of mind while sweating in the barrel sauna. The Gosaukamm as a backdrop does the rest. There are two fireplaces in the house, which further emphasize the cozy atmosphere.

Located in the centre of Annaberg, this spacious apartment offers two bathrooms, both with a shower (one also with a bathtub), plus an additional WC, in the former Krämerhaus in Annaberg im Lammertal, in the Dachstein West holiday region. Sun terrace with sauna. Location: 100 metres from the ski lift. The ski and hiking bus stop is right by the holiday apartment. Numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a butcher's are all within a few minutes' walking distance.
