The apartment of approximately 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty, you can see Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Launching ramp is 300 meters away from the house. Parking is included, about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels included. Cleaning can be purchased.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Cozy, charming and well-kept cottage dating back to the 18th century - in the middle of picturesque Hälleviksstrand on Orust. The cottage is for max 6 p and is a stone's throw from the sea with its own boat dock and a short walk to nice swimming opportunities for both big and small. The cottage is well equipped and there is an associated patio with barbecue. The community consists of a fishing village with older houses, boathouses and cozy alleys. Since the cottage is from the 18th century, the ceiling height is slightly lower, about 190 cm.

On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

Fantastic newly built sea house with jetty located at Hotel Strana in Hälleviksstrand. Come here by car or add by boat at your own jetty that is included in the rent. Ground floor has a living room with kitchen, bathroom with toilet, and a balcony. Downstairs, there is a jetty and outdoor furniture for six people. Upstairs there is a hall with a sleeping alcove, a total of 3 bedrooms and a toilet.
