Stay by the sea with your own dock

Newly built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private boat dock. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Peaceful living by the sea

With the sea in the eye-catcher is the guesthouse built in 2021 on a part of our property. There are sleeping places for four people, two in the double bedroom and two on the loft in single beds. The guesthouse includes a wind-protected patio. Here, all seasons have their charm. May-September there is a swimming ladder from cliffs 200 m away. It is just over a km to the municipal swimming area with jetties. There are good opportunities for walks/hikes and excursions at Tjörn. Härön protects against the winds from the open sea to the west.

Unwind in this unique and tranquil space. The sea is just around the corner, swimming and hiking in natural areas. Up on a hillside is this comfortable, modern house with sea view. 100 meters to swimming, 1 km to nature reserve. 3 km to Pilane's famous sculpture park, 11 km to the nearest store in Kållekärr. The accommodation: One bedroom with two beds, a sleeping alcove adjacent to the living room with a bunk bed plus an extra bed. Bathroom with water toilet and shower. Kitchen area with stove, oven/microwave, dishwasher. Wifi and TV.

Cozy and thoughtful semi-detached house in Mollösund/Tången

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. A newly renovated house of 180 m2 in Kyrkesund with panoramic sea view. 11 beds, indoor pool and sauna. The house is top notch and is located 100 meters from the sea. Wonderful pool in the newly renovated room (80 m2) with a sauna and shower. Lovely balcony with a magic sea view over the horizon. Both bathrooms are newly renovated . Perfect house for two families, lovely nature experience. Housekeeping, sheets and towels are included as a service.

House with five beds on beautiful Lyrön

Newly-built house (2019) of 44 sqm with possibility for five people to stay. The house is beautifully situated overlooking meadows and mountains. It is a five-minute walk to the sea and in the bay there is a rowboat that you can borrow. On the island, there is a fish shop and restaurant, also a five-minute walk from the house. Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.

House with big terrace, hot tub and close to the sea

Welcome to Kyrkesund! In our summer house there is room for friends and family. Here you live surrounded by nature and nice walking areas with proximity to swimming and attractions. There is a total of 11 beds included in the loft (level 3). In addition to that, there is a double sofa bed and space for more mattresses. There's also a playground nearby. 1 adult and 3 children's bikes are available and some helmets. Bedding is not included.

The house on the mountain

Welcome to the house overlooking Härön, Kyrkesund and the North Sea. The house is located on one of the highest points in Kyrkesund. You live in a quiet area. On the plot there are rocks, lawn, pond with goldfish and three patios, one of which is high up overlooking the horizon. Close to lovely swimming on the rocks on the badholmen or by the beach in Linneviken.
