There are opportunities to make use of the garden and outdoor area. We have 6 chickens and 2 cats.

The rest of the house is inhabited by us, and we have three children who can produce some footsteps. Otherwise, the studio is separated from the house with a fireproof and soundproof door, which is locked with a key. TV only has the option of AirPlay, and no apps/channels
