This home is a perfect place for you to stay during your visit to Aurora. The house can sleep 4 individuals however it would best suited for 2 children and 2 adults if reaching the maximum of 4 individuals. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with flat screen, sound bar, and wifi, dining room, 2 spacious bedrooms - one with king bed - and a bathroom with stacked washer and dryer. There is outdoor space for your enjoyment as well - relax on the front porch or grill steaks on the back deck. Welcome to our prairie paradise! Located in the middle of 40 acres of fields, trees, and native prairie grass - but just outside of the city of Grand Island- this property gives you the perfect balance of access to downtown and the possibility to escape from it all and enjoy its incredible natural environment. Stay in this historic carriage house apartment. Although beautifully decorated it does not pretend to be a five-star hotel. Our home is next to a train track. Welcome to rural Nebraska. Stroll down to Side Street Deli for coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Enjoy the Dark Island Trail located 5 minutes away. Plan dinner at Prairie Creek Vineyard and Winery located across the street or at the authentic Mexican restaurant that is a 1 minute walk away.

This Carriage house sits in the back yard of the main house on this property. This property dates back 120 + years and is in excellent condition. It is a little piece of Aurora's history located right off our town square. The house can sleep 4, however I would say best suitable for 2 adults and 2 children. There is not a door between the bedroom and living room.
