Parking available. 10 min drive to South Beach 10 min to Fremantle, 13 mins to Murdoch University and to Fiona Stanley Hospital. Bus route to the city (via the train station) is a couple of minute's walk away. Excellent Wifi , Netflix. The kitchen is stocked with basic provisions and appliances. Webber BBQ for outdoor cooking. Accommodation has thorough cleaning after every stay.

Entire first floor of the house which has two light and airy bedrooms, and an open plan kitchen/dining/ lounge room. Sorry no children older than 2.5 years and younger than 12 years old. Two verandahs on which to sit and relax looking out amongst the trees, sunrise and sunset, yet so close to regular buses, South Beach and Fremantle. Large area of secure parking for 4WD sized vehicle or small caravan. Also a large grassed road verge for visitor parking and your car parking if you are towing.

It is located in our front garden and surrounded by native trees. It is separate from the main house but we are always around to answer any questions. This is a smoke free property. Please note that the studio is elevated and the ability to navigate a few steps to get to the front door are necessary :)
