Delighted with this stay at this cozy and cozy little house. Everything was as described, no unpleasant surprises. Home is small but cozy and functional. The host is very welcoming and friendly. The surrounding area is very nice with lots of activities. Recommended!

Ian's house is a nice surprise! There is good parking, the frontdoor is accessed by a short stone staircase and has a keybox. Ian offers two very functional floors, with an open entryhall, a large livingroom with a very comfortable corner couch, a giant TV, a dining table, and a large kitchen with table and chairs and completely equipped with excellent kitchen stuff. And a bedroom upstairs, with a very comfortable bed, nice fresh linens, and a door that opens to a small balcony. There is no clutter. It's all very tidy and nice, with different plants that grace the interior. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower/tub. There is a large backyard with a terrace, and in the evening you can see the Swedish style homes lit up around you, like in a fairytale. Everything is spacious and calm and well kept. Karlstad is just a short ride away, and there is a shopping center within a few kms. Ian's airbnb is really "home away from home" with all the comforts and amenities you can think of!

A beautiful and wonderful cottage. The fun part was the stairs up to the other two beds. You were really not disappointed with the ones you got, have no complaints at all. Very recommended

We had a wonderful long weekend at Håkan's country house. It was magical to wake up with the nice view, sit on the terrace and barbecue on the brilliant barbecue table and take one bath after time in the sauna. Good beds and very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need and then some. The little boat ride (a few minutes) out was a nice bonus. Good capacity and easy to drive the boat.

We've had a lovely stay in the cozy cabin enjoy the start of spring in Sweden. The lake is even closer than it seems on the pictures and you have a lovely view on it from your window. the bed is very comfortable and the placement of the TV with every app you could think of is perfect. Emma and her family including lovely Valle made us feel really welcome. A big plus was the heated floor in the bathroom to get our feet going again when returning from hikes through the last snow of the winter. thank you so much!
