The island where the houseboat is moored is easily accessible via its own road bridge, with safe parking.

Close to Hampton Court our bright, airy self- contained modern garden annex is located 80 feet from our house with its own access & private, secluded garden Sleeps maximum of 4 (one double bed and a small double sofa bed.) There is also a mezzanine floor with single mattress accessed via a wooden ladder- suitable for an adventurous child but at your own risk!! Modern bathroom, We also provide a microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster, plus milk, tea and coffee. Plenty of on street parking available

All apartments feature an open-plan kitchen/living area, a fully fitted kitchen 70 mbps Wifi. The kitchens have a washer/dryer, a full fridge freezer, a slim-line dishwasher, a coffee machine, a Bluetooth speaker with DAB radio and a dining table with four chairs. The living areas have a 50 inch Smart TV, a sofa and a coffee table. The bathrooms have a separate shower cubicle, bath, sink, loo and a radiator. The bedrooms have a king size bed with bedside tables.

Lovely bright 2 bed home close to Hampton Court

We are situated just half a mile from Hampton Court where you will find an array of restaurants, cafes and shops to peruse and just a three minute walk from a large open park leading down to the River Thames. However, please note - Hampton Court is not in London and if you want to be close to London we may be too far for you. There is railway station which is about a 10 - 15 minute walk away and the line takes you to London Waterloo (a 35 minute journey).

Grace Cottage

Grace Cottage is an annex on the side of our home. Access is via a locked side gate and then you will need to cross the main house patio area to get to the separate entrance to the flat. It is set up with the bedroom and living area being in one space, with a mezzanine floor where a single mattress is situated. There is a fully kitted kitchen with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sink and dishwasher. Shower room with basin, toilet and shower.
