You’ll feel totally secure with the gated parking for 2 cars. Relaxing sunsets on the balcony. The property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, and business people.

The Annexe is a couple minutes walk away from pubs, restaurants, M&S & Tesco & lovely woodland walks. Sky sports is include.

Our location offers easy access to the New Forest National Park, the Dorset Jurassic Coast and the Channel ferries. From Poole quay you can take boat trips including Brownsea Island. The area also boasts beautiful beaches at Sandbanks, Bournemouth and Studland, while the Purbeck hills can be accessed via a chain ferry.

There is a shared garden area with your own dining and lounging area. We do have a lovely little dog who is very friendly and also the occasional visiting friendly family dogs, who may be around in the garden to say hello.
