Just a one-minute walk away across the street is a strolling garden, which is said to have been known as the 'Oyaku-en' ('Medicinal Garden') because it was used to grow medicinal herbs for Morioka Castle. Located immediately in front of it, this house displays a sign reading 'Oyakuenmae' and began offering private accommodation in April 2026. We have renovated this 50-year-old building to create a space that combines the old with the new.
