It is located on the 1st floor of the building, and has been completely renovated a while ago, has very neat facilities, and is well maintained. It is located around the restaurant street of Hapjeong and Hongdae, so transportation is convenient. You can also enjoy shopping, cafes, restaurants, etc. on foot. SKY & RED Road is connected in the direction of Hongdae, The Han River and Danginri Park are adjacent (10 minutes on foot), so it is very good for running, walking, and picnics in each season. It consists of a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, and the entire house is provided. If you don't like a small, frustrating officetel, and if you want a neat house at a reasonable price, we highly recommend it. Thank you.
