Electric car charger, spotter in the ceiling, underfloor heating, heat pump on the 1st floor and 2nd floor that can be used on heating (air conditioning) and cold days. TV with AppleTV with subscriptions that can be used freely. 3 minutes away from the house is "Træet Badeplass"

Possibility to borrow sup board Large outdoor area with large lawn and trampoline. There is a garden table, gas grill and outdoor sofa to relax in. The home is located on two floors, 4 large bedrooms, basement living room, 2 baths. We have baby bed on request. For the children there are football goals, football table games, PlayStation 5, dollhouse and children's bikes. 20 km to Bergen city centre.

Floor 2: 4 bedrooms. 2x double bed, 1x single bed, children's room with 2x beds and 1x 160cm bed. Extra beds possible for more than 10 guests. NOK 500.- for each additional sleeping space.
