Wonderful cottage with a patio that has ocean views

We rent out our cottage, which is a real gem all year round. The location is perfect with a 5-10 minute walk to saltwater swimming and nice viewpoints. By car, you can get to Marstrand in 20 minutes and to Gothenburg in 35 minutes and we recommend having a car. The cottage is older and simple but has been partially renovated in the winter of 2025. It is located on a beautiful natural plot and has a sunroom with a balcony that has sea views. The house is suitable for families with children, friends and couples. Maximum 4 adults but more if they are children.

Welcome to our newly-built apartment in Björlanda Kile - just 350 meters from the sea and 20 minutes from central Gothenburg! A beautiful path leads you through cow pastures and over cliffs down to the sea – the top for a morning swim (no designated swimming area). In the area, there are also two designated swimming areas: Stora Udd and Östra Piren.

The cottage is about 30 square meters and the associated sauna cottage with shower, toilet and laundry is about 15 square meters. Free access to canoe for tenants. Good opportunities for fishing, motorboat available to rent!
