Simple and cozy cabin 40 min drive from Oslo. Bed space for 4-5 people. A family bunk bed, a trundle bed and a daybed. 4 seats with duvet and pillow. Please bring your own bed linen. Electricity, kitchen and fireplace, no dishwashing sink/water inside. Note: Only summer water and own outhouse. Great outdoor and hiking opportunities all seasons. Charming and modernized little house at the heart of the Maridalen valley. Perfect for city and field holidays. 15 minutes drive to civilization or 20 minute train ride to Oslo S from Snippen station 200 meters away. For Varingskollen Alpinsenter it is 20 minutes by train the other way. Nordmarka's hiking trails and bike paths start at your doorstep. The host is living close by and is available. The house has a 20 sqm base, but is efficiently utilized with loft, large ceiling height and good window surfaces. The terrace is south facing and sunny.

Several good hiking opportunities, driven ski slopes right at the cabin. Close to hiking trails in forests and fields, swimming opportunities. Great place for all the four seasons. Here you can find quiet among the treetops. The large windows provide a panoramic view of the landscape and the night sky. Built in solid wood, with an area of 27 m2, it gives just room for what you need for a relaxing trip away from everyday life. If you want activity, you can rent electric bikes, stroll down to the climbing park, or explore the local community.
