Regardless of the season, this is the perfect place for those who love the outdoors and relaxation. Swimming dock with rowing boat straight below the house. Cycling and hiking trails just around the corner. In winter, when the ice is on, you can walk to the ski slope in 10 minutes or take the car in 3. Free electric car charging. The house has 3 bedrooms (6 beds), kitchen, 1 bathroom and is our little paradise! Outdoor furniture & outdoor shower May-Sept.

The house is about 5 km from E4 and 8 kilometers from Söderhamn. It has fully equipped kitchen, also microwave and dishwasher, shower and toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed. Duvets and pillows are available but sheets and towels are brought by the guest or can be rented for SEK 150/set. TV and Wi-Fi available. On the property there is a gym with ping pong table and a wood-fired sauna to dispose of. Summertime there is also a heated swimming pool. An additional home in large apartment can also be rented.

From Forsa, you can easily reach excursion destinations throughout Hälsingland; e.g. Hudiksvall, Järvsö, Hornslandet and Dellenbygden. Welcome to the newly renovated house on our property. The house is renovated in a modern country style. The lower floor is completed and contains entrance, hall, kitchen, living room, bedroom and outdoor terrace with gas grill. On our farm you live in a scenic location with close distance to many of Hälsingland's sights and attractions. About 400 meters from the farm runs Galvån with good opportunities for fishing and swimming. There is also a wood-fired sauna that can be used. Hälsingeleden for hiking is nearby

Close to ski resorts (15 km till Bollnäs and 60 km to Järvzö) 4 km to Bollnäs golfcourse and a short drive to several lakes and the river Ljusnan if you fancy a swim. The house is surounded by forest and fields and below the house you can find the Actktjära stream. Your host lives on the farm close by.
