Det här är ett perfekt ställe för familjer med barn. Både huset och omgivningarna! Det tar knappt 5 min att gå ner till Tulebosjön och bada. Det finns bryggor och är barnvänligt. Skogen med stigar och Bohusleden ligger 500 m bort. Till Göteborg tar det 15 min med pendeltåg från Kållered C.
