Located an easy 3 blocks from St Charles Ave, this charming apartment offers you the convenience of parade and streetcar access while offering the space to get away from the crowds. This 1-bedroom apartment features original architectural details and a ton of sunlight. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and the couch is a pull out for additional guests. Brand new appliances and strong Wi-Fi round out this charming space. Lively neighborhood w unit on the second floor up one flight of stairs.

Welcome to the Crayon Box! Your family will be close to everything when you stay at our centrally located home in Mid-City. Near the Canal Streetcar, just off highway I-10, walking distance to restaurants/bars and very close to City Park. 3 blocks from Endymion parade route! We are kid friendly and can provide books and toys. Queen size mattress. Additional air mattress upon request. Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly cottage. It has been completely updated. This beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath home sits on a double lot. The back yard is completely fenced and is shaded by beautiful 100 year old oak trees. I also allow guest to bring a pet with a $75 fee. Pet should weigh under 30 pounds. You’ll love my place because of it's location. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids) A lot of things to do for everyone including families with children. House is located in a safe neighborhood with a lot of new construction.
