‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

The Bungalow at Woodcote is a private, peaceful, self contained bungalow with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, large living area. There is private parking onsite. King size bed in the bedroom, & a pull out double sofa-bed in the living room. TVs have Netflix, Disney & Prime. Fast fibre broadband. We also offer a washing machine and tumble dryer. Brixworth has a long tradition of shoemaking. Cobblers Cottage was where shoes would have been made by homeworkers. The property has its own private balcony with far reaching countryside views. Situated in a colourful garden the cottage has its own access. The prize winning cook/owner provides a superb breakfast which is included. Dinner is available on request. The Grain Dryer, Harrington.

This is a converted barn in rural Northants. The most memorable thing is the view!! It sits in isolation with no neighbours for a mile but looks out over miles of uninterrupted countryside. The barn has a 5 acre paddock on which there are 9 friendly sheep and has a huge patio from which to view the beauty of the surroundings. To the side there is a pergola and seating looking over the side field. 5/6 beds including one downstairs for those with mobility problems.
