The house contains three bedrooms, one of which is with two built-in junior beds - however, two single beds can easily be made instead. The house is in good condition and offers a kitchen-room, living room, bathroom and a private terrace to the south. There is good insulation, district heating and wood-burning stove and is therefore rented throughout the year.

The house is located 1 min. walk away from one of Denmark's best sand beaches, that you usually will have all to yourself. Grocery shopping is 6 minutes away. The area has beautiful nature trails, where you won’t meet many people. The home has 3 bedrooms, a conservatory, a bathroom and a big kitchen area. Besides that there is also a large terrace.
