Practical functional apartment in peaceful Harplinge. Close to the sea (4 km) with long sandy beaches, several golf courses and the summer city of Halmstad (13 km). The area is also well-suited for cycling. The private apartment is upstairs. Laundry room in the basement and practical drying racks in the garden where there is also the possibility to barbecue in the existing kettle grill. The historic bakery, Börjes, is 500 meters away and is open in the summer. Parking in the driveway and a second car can be parked along the wall

Close to a fantastic nature reserve, the sea, golf and Halmstad. 2 heated pools. The 4x8m pool is at 27° and is open from May to the end of August. The hot tub is 37°C all year round, and there is a sauna. There is something for everyone in VillaViken!Possibility to charge electric car. In the master bedroom you sleep in a 180 cm wide bed. Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as the plot border. There is a balcony, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only one single bed in the upstairs bedroom. NEW 2024! Two Standup paddleboards! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for rent! Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

In the nearby area, there are plenty of lovely farm shops, local growers and cozy cafes. 5 km to Långasand/Ugglarp beach 15 km to Falkenberg 15.5 miles to Halmstad 45 km to Ullared (Gekås) An accommodation for those who want something special! Bed linens and towels are included. Cleaning supplies are provided, but cleaning is carried out by the guests. Non-smoking indoors!

The ideal setting for a fantastic family holiday in scenic Haverdal. The house has an amazing view over Haverdal beach, the sea and the protected nature area. At the end of the garden a private gate leads to the beach medow, where a small path takes you directly to the beach. Final cleaning must be done by guest before check-out. The apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
