When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? You will have the whole house with a terrace and grill, a large fenced garden with a fireplace, a trampoline, and a playground for children. You can park up to 3 cars directly on the property.

The cottage is located directly on the banks of the Želivka River, where it is also possible to fish.

You can also visit the western town of Stonetown, 2 km away. Apartments are also suitable for overnight stays.

Chata Vidlák

The cottage is located on the dam of the pond Vidlák surrounded by a quiet forest environment. There is not only a cottage, but also a smaller cabin next to it. The cottage can accommodate up to six people. There are two bathroom facilities on the ground floor and on the top floor. The kitchen is equipped with an oven with a stove, fridge, microwave and sink. There is also a stove with a water exchanger. The kitchen also has a sofa bed. A bedroom with four beds is located on the top floor.

Chata Modřínka

We rent a newly renovated cottage in the village of Seč near the dam. The cottage is divided into two separate apartments. The larger apartment has two separate spacious bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other has two twin beds with an extra bed. The living area with kitchenette has sleeping for two in the front window. In the smaller apartment, there are two equally furnished bedrooms, only without an extra bed. The extra bed is designed with a sofa bed in the living room.
