"The cottage is directly across the street from Kailua Beach Park and less than two minutes walk to step into the ocean at the beach. This a legal vacation rental, license1990/NUC-1758. The property is tucked away one house back from the road into Lanikai, and described by guests as "a little oasis of quiet and calm." The bathroom has been remodeled with a new shower, sink and plumbing fixtures April 2022!

Approx. 1 block to the beach and park. Walk to many great eateries, pubs, food trucks and shopping. Cove Beach is a short walk with some of the finest SUP and Surf activities available. Great snorkeling and turtle viewing nearby. Enjoy the bird show in my garden! Hale Manu i ke kai means birdhouse by the sea.

We are a permitted B and B on Maui’s North Shore near the road to Hana. We rent 3 rooms individually with each room on a separate floor. Rooms are available for one night and we have no cleaning fees. The property is on three acres in an agricultural zone where we grow bananas and citrus. Holualoa Studio Cottage - Incredible Ocean Views!!

BETTER THAN THE REST!!! Our adorable studio cottage is located on the side of Hualalai Mountain in Holualoa, Kona Coffee growing country. We are just above Kailua-Kona town, and only about 12-15 minutes to shopping, and about 15 minutes to the closest beach and only 20 minutes to the airport. You will LOVE our panoramic ocean and coastline view, plus on clear days you can see Mount Hualalai right behind us, plus a beautiful coffee farm too. Read our reviews!
