The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

Detached Guesthouse "Pleegste"

Guesthouse Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a cosy veranda. The stove is currently unusable. From 30 October, you can fully heat your home again. With a private entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guesthouse consists of one large room of 30 m² ( central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combi-microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc. ) and a double box spring . The offer is WITHOUT breakfast.

You can park on your own property. If necessary, you can place covered (electric) bicycles with a charging point.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Relax in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with a cozy wood stove and lovely sofas.

Quiet, detached vacation home for 2

It is a separate upright annex at a no longer working farm. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he will stay inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. ( Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private Wi-Fi , private entrance and private terrace. There are four chickens and no rooster in the chickens.

Lemelerveld offers a small center with a supermarket, bakery, butcher, organic shop and drugstore. For a refreshing swimming, you can go to Heidepark nature pool. Also there is a snack bar with nice terrace, Chinese takeaway and a takeaway pizzeria.

The apartment is unique and soothing. Completed in July 2024. Fully furnished with two adjacent box springs. A fully equipped kitchen with microwave, washer-dryer. Longer stay possible. Bike rental of regular and electric bicycles. We can place an extra bed in the living room so that a third person can stay and sleep. We serve breakfast on request.
