(Tiny) house in the barn by the horse stables

The stable house is a (Tiny) cottage, partially built in the old barn. You almost literally sleep in the stables!! The cottage offers privacy and has its own terrace (also covered). Your terrace is adjacent to a meadow where horses can stand. If you wish, you can also bring your own horse and stable it with us (indoors and/or outdoors). Nieuwleusen is located in the Vecht valley with villages such as Dalfsen and Ommen. The center of Zwolle is a 15-minute drive away, Giethoorn is half an hour away.

Detached Guesthouse "Pleegste"

Guesthouse Pleegste is a wooden garden house in the outskirts of Raalte with a cozy veranda with wood stove. You overlook the meadows. With its own entrance, it offers a lot of privacy. The guest house consists of one large room of 30 m² (heated by central heating), with a sitting and dining area, a kitchenette (fridge, 2-burner induction hob, combination microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, etc.) and a 2-person box spring. The offer is WITHOUT breakfast. A BBQ is available for rent on site.

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Would you like to get away from it all and enjoy the outdoors? Then this log cabin, located in the village of Laag Zuthem, is something for you. This farming village is located near Zwolle and right next to the estate "Den Alerdinck." From the log cabin, you can walk or bike to the freely accessible forests of this estate. The log cabin itself is made entirely of recycled materials. It has its own entrance, parking space and private garden where you can enjoy the birds, rabbits and squirrel.

Detached Plattelandslodge Salland

Relax completely in a recently completely renovated lodge in the beautiful, welcoming Salland area. The lodge is located in the middle of the countryside of the village of Broekland and consists of two parts. The accommodation itself consists of a new kitchen, bathroom and double bedroom, with beautiful views of the rustic surroundings. Next to the lodge, you have access to the garden room, where you can relax in a rural room, with an atmospheric wood stove and lovely sofas.

The boat has a wonderful location, in a very quite neighborhood and just 10 minutes walk from downtown Zwolle. The place combines the peacefulness of the countryside being in the city. Parking for one car is available. This apartment will be located in the downstairs floor of the boathouse. Be awared that the boat is divided into two living units that independent from each other will functionate (with every unit having his own entrance, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom).

Quiet, detached vacation home for 2

It is a separate annex to a farm that is no longer working. We do have 2 Hereford cows and sometimes some extra cows in the meadow. And Snoopy (our dog) is present, but on request he stays inside. Snoopy is a young dog. Suitable for 2 people who can walk stairs. (Beds upstairs) Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, TV, private WiFi, private entrance and private terrace. In the chicken coop, there are four chickens and no rooster.
