Accommodation 2/3 Self-contained flat attached to main house with own entrance, on the sea front in the centre of Dunoon, with stunning views across the Clyde and down to Cumbrae, Bute and Arran. 1/4 mile to passenger ferry and one and a half to Hunter's Quay car ferry,5/10 minutes walk to shops, cinema, eateries. Walk, cycle, kayak, swim. Book-lined lounge/study with sofa bed, double bedroom, kitchen, shower room, access to secure back garden with fish pond. Dogs welcome if friendly to mine.

Comfortable one bed flat overlooking Loch Long

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We are in a fantastic location on the shore of Loch Long and provides you with a base from which to explore. You can walk, run, cycle or hike the Rosneath peninsula. You can kayak, paddle board or even swim in Loch Long. We are a 20 minute drive from Helensburgh where there is a bustling sea front with plenty of choices to eat and shop. Another 10 minute drive gets you to Loch Lomond where you can hire kayaks and paddle boards or go for a cruise.

Open all year. Argyll Retreat is a cosy timber cabin located in the Argyll Forest Park and Loch Lomond and Trossachs Natiomal Park. It is owned and managed by myself. The lodge is layed out for a couple or solo travellers and pets are very welcome and stay at no extra charge. There are many activities in the area for the outdoor enthusiast and Argyll is steeped in history and has miles of coastline, lochs, forests and mountains. The lodge is also a great place to relax. This 1850s character property consists of a shower room with WC, 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom that can either be set up as single, twin or superking and shower room on the first floor, and a double bedroom with en-suite on the ground floor. Fully equipped modern kitchen complete with white goods, electric cooker and microwave. The living room/dining room has a large dining table to seat 6, a wood burning fire, smart tv, DVD player.
