    Service fee refunds

    If you need to cancel (It’s okay, things happen!), you may be able to receive a refund on your entire reservation, including the service fee. So how does it work?

    For some reservations, the service fee may be refundable up to 24 hours to 28 days before check-in. Check your reservation’s cancellation policy to find out if the service fee is refundable.

    Flexible, Moderate or Strict cancellation policies

    The service fee is refundable if the following criteria is met:

    • You cancel before your reservation’s free cancellation period ends (or any time before check-in, for reservations in Italy and South Korean travellers)
    • You haven’t already received 3 service fee refunds in the last 12 months
    • The reservation you’re cancelling doesn’t overlap with another reservation on your account

    Long Term cancellation policy

    The service fee is refundable if the following criteria is met:

    • You cancel within 48 hours of booking
    • You cancel before your reservation’s free cancellation period ends (or any time before check-in, for reservations in Italy and South Korean travellers)
    • You haven’t already received 3 service fee refunds in the last 12 months
    • The reservation you’re cancelling doesn’t overlap with another reservation on your account

    Super Strict 30 or 60 Days cancellation policies

    The service fee isn't refundable for these policies.

    Refunds for nightly rates and other fees
